As a customer the first person we talked to is the front desk and the exceed expectations beyond everything expected. If there’s any concerns the front desk is the first person to talk to you in the last person and appropriately so she was address any concerns and help communication between all parties. The roofers do fantastic job they are quiet very clean and quick. The job was completed in a timely manner with limited to no problems and the company as a whole everyone works together to help each other because of Covid sometimes things come up but they all help each other to ensure that if there’s any remaining issues it will get taken care of.

I could not be more pleased with the results of the replacement of the flat roof covering our screen porch. Stan, the owner is prompt and very professional. His cheerful and competent crew came out sooner than expected and finished the job quickly despite weather delays. There was considerable rotted wood underneath the old roof covering and his crew replaced it at no additional cost despite its not being part of his original estimate. He replaced two leaking skylights and designed them so that further leaks are highly unlikely.His price was reasonable and the job looks fantastic! Can’t say enough for this company!

Quality job completed. I’m still picking up 2 3/4 inch long roofing nails from gutters after blowing leaves out of them. These likely don’t pick up with a magnet. Pretty good job of cleanup but not perfect

I used Diversified Roofing 12 years ago for my house and studio and am so thankful that I did. Outstanding work the first time around. Recent storms contributed to a leak.. I called and they came the same day, surveyed and mitigated what looked like the problem, and did so at no cost even though my warranty had recently expired. Couldn't ask for more. We had an outstanding experience with Diversified Roofing. They were honest and informative during the entire process. I contacted them and explained the problem. I was told someone would reach out to schedule within 24-48 hours. I heard back right away and was able to schedule someone to come look at our roof. The owner did the inspection and took pictures for us to see the problem. He was able to fix the issue during the same visit. Overall- honest and trustworthy company. We will be sure to call Diversified for all our roofing needs!

Found some small leaks in our upstairs hallway this week. Called Diversified for an appointment. They responded in a timely manner. Stan got on the roof and found several nails that had popped, leaving a hole. He fixed the holes in the roof on the spot. He charged us nothing for these repairs. Diversified Roofing will always be our "go-to" roofing company. Thank you so much, Stan!!!!!

The company I normally use for roofing repairs was very busy and couldn’t respond in a timely manner. They did refer me to Diversified Roofing, and I’m glad they did. Diversified Roofing set an appointment in a prompt manner and arrived exactly as scheduled. When Stan, the CEO, arrived, he took a quick look at the area of the leak and went right to work. After taking some pictures, he got the equipment he needed, showed me the pictures of the damaged areas, and got right back to work. When he completed the work needed we discussed the condition of our roof. We apparently had received some hail damage that I was totally unaware of. There was no pressure for any additional work. It made me aware of the condition of my home that I don’t normally see. Thank you!!! For the brief time it took for the repair there was no charge. ??? What? N/C? That’s right. Once again, Thank You! What a blessing for a company and a worker that treats you with a true service.

Our roof repair was prompted by our concern about animals entering our attic and the observation that the roof plywood decking was rotting in many places and was heavily infected with mold. Stan Tupacz was recommended by a neighbor. We were also referred to him as one of two local roofers by a mold removal expert. As part of his assessment, Stan went up on the roof and found some alarming problems. There were gaping open spaces between two of the plumbing vents and the roofing. There were a few missing shingles and open access to the attic through some of these. Stan took pictures of these sites to show us. In addition, he noted that neither of our bathroom fan exhausts were vented to the exterior. Eventually, we learned that both of these conduits were open to the attic and were associated with the heaviest areas of mold growth and rotting from the inside. It was Stan’s assessment that the rotting and mold were a consequence of poor attic ventilation. As a minimum solution, he recommended revising the attic ventilation system. But he also cautioned that the rotting wood decking would continue to warp and that the shingles were becoming increasingly brittle (and cracking) and would need replacement within a few years. If we elected to replace these items, he advised us to get three estimates from other roofing companies, which we did. Before he left, Stan fixed the holes in the roof and the two large plumbing vent openings on the spot. He charged us nothing for these repairs. After getting a total of three estimates, we selected Stan to do a roof replacement and re-ventilation of the attic. Stan was unable to assess how many planks of decking would have to be replaced before starting the repairs. This was the only unknown in his estimate, and it would be a determination as the roof was being reshingled and the wood could be inspected directly. He indicated that he would not take the job if it involved putting new shingles over rotting decking. Another contractor told us that it would be necessary to replace all of the decking at a higher cost than Stan offered. Stan felt that intact, sturdy, inflexible decking would not need to be replaced unnecessarily, and he understood our concerns about costs. Once we decided that Stan was our choice for contractor, he scheduled the work promptly and efficiently. The workers on his team were polite, friendly, and helpful. Most of them had numerous years of doing roof repairs. The whole job was essentially completed in a single day, with his team working until after sunset to get the house covered. A few odds and ends were completed the following day, including an extensive clean-up. Stan was always honest and friendly with us. He clearly wanted the job, but there was no “hard sell”. He explained everything that should be done. We would be extremely comfortable recommending his company to our friends and neighbors or to anyone reading this review.

Follow-up was quick and prompt, about 2 days. Requested a patch job. Got plenty more than that. Was given detailed photos and explainations for a roof that was in poorer shape than what I assumed. Conversations went smoothly and questions were answered informatively and professionally. A reasonable estimate for future repairs was quickly drawn up. Overall, I would highly recommend Diversified Roofing.

Our roof was almost two years old when we found a leak coming from the bathroom exhaust fan. I called Diversified to come take a look, they were out the same day, (actually the owner came out), the problem was identified and fixed, he even added hangers one of my gutters and cleaned out another one, no charge. Their response time and professionalism is very impressive, I will recommend Diversified to anyone who asks me.

Stan came out to my office yesterday because I had water from ice dams. He inspected the roof and attic and told me I did not have a roof problem and needed to fix an insulation problem. He was very honest and I will call him anytime I need roofing.

They're awesome. I have drip around the furnace and wanted to patch an old plumbing vent that's longer in use. They came to give me an estimate. They suggested that I buy and $10 plug and wait for reroof, which safe me over $1,000. They also gave me a reputable HVAC contact for the furnace leak. When it's time for reroofing, I'm definitely contacting them. Honest and generous people are hard to come by.

We are highly impressed with the skilled workmanship of Stan and his team. Not only did they put the new roof on, but Stan also helped with some lose siding without charging us. He was always on time, sent his crew when he said he would, and prompt with responding to text messages and questions. The job was completed before quoted, and the clean up crew did such a great job putting everything back, as well as magnet rolling allllll over for nails and removing the debris.
